About This Business
ProperSoft Inc. is a small Whitby software company that develops ProperConvert, a desktop application for Windows and Mac that reads bank and credit-card transaction files — PDFs including scans, spreadsheets, online-banking downloads (QBO/QFX/OFX) and legacy exports (QIF/QMTF) — and converts them on the user's own machine into import-ready files for QuickBooks (QBO/IIF), Quicken (QFX/QIF), cloud platforms such as Xero, Sage, Wave and NetSuite (OFX/CSV), and Excel/CSV. The software works locally without uploading data to the cloud, offers automatic format detection, payee renaming rules and pre-conversion review, and includes a free trial with free pre- and post-purchase support. Contact is by email at support@propersoft.net; no phone number or business hours are published on its website.
